Lothian entrepreneur bags top award for Go Green products
A BUSINESSWOMAN from the Lothians has scooped an award at a national ceremony for inventors and innovators.
Linlithgow-based Anne Daly, director of Go Green Bags, was presented with a special recognition award in Cardiff.
The firm's bags are now used by businesses from small shopkeepers to major banks.
"There is still a long way to go as around 10 billion plastic bags are in use each year," said Ms Daly. "Smaller companies now realise they can join the campaign."
