In the dock over Dounreay dumping
THE UK Atomic Energy Authority has been charged under the Radioactive Substances Act over the alleged disposal of radioactive waste at a landfill dump at Dounreay nuclear plant between 1963 and 1975.
The case is due at Wick Sheriff Court on 6 February.
