High-speed rail link inquiry
MSPS are to launch an inquiry into a potential high-speed rail link between Scotland and England.
Holyrood's transport committee is seeking views about how a new line could cut journey times and boost passenger numbers. However, the plan would need Westminster backing, with ministers still undecided.
