Gym-goers want to flirt

GYM-goers in the Capital want more interest from the opposite sex while working out.

A new survey has revealed that 30 per cent of fitness fanatics said they were rarely flirted with, but revealed they would be happy to be chatted up.

Jay Brewer, head of physiology at charity Nuffield Health, which conducted the research, said: “It’s great to hear that more people now see the gym as a place to socialise and maintain good health.

“It’s a great space to meet a friend or a partner because there is a common interest.”
