Giant screens for Rangers and Zenit fans at UEFA final
RANGERS fans will be able to watch next week's UEFA Cup Final in Manchester on outdoor screens, it was announced today.
Manchester City Council had been under pressure to promise "fan zones" ahead of Wednesday's match against FC Zenit St Petersburg. Councillor Pat Karney of Manchester City Council today said: "In the light of Rangers qualifying for the final and the massive reported demand from fans, we've arranged for big outdoor screens for fans to watch the match.
"I'm confident that Manchester will give a very warm welcome to fans from Rangers and from Zenit and that all fans will have a fabulous day."
