Gas scare clears university building

ONE of the main faculty buildings at the giant Robert Gordon University campus in Aberdeen was evacuated yesterday because of a gas scare.

Staff and students at the university’s Health and Social Care building at the Garthdee site on the banks of the River Dee were sent home after gas escaped when a contractor working at the site struck a gas main.“
