Fraser sued for £125,000
NAT Fraser, the convicted wife-killer, is being sued for more than £125,000 by his former business partner.
Ian Taylor, of Llanbryde, Moray, is seeking 100,000 damages for money that he claims Fraser, 47, misappropriated from their fruit and vegetable wholesale business in Elgin.
The civil case will be heard at Elgin Sheriff Court from 7 January.
