Fans banking on having fun
HIBS fans have designed comedy banknotes to taunt Hearts owner Vladimir Romanov at the clubs' derby clash tomorrow.
The fake notes show the Hearts owner and state: "I promise to pay the bearer as late as possible."
The banknotes are a dig at the Tynecastle club after its players received their wages a week late last month.
Frank Dougan, of the Hibs Supporters Association, said: "It's a bit of fun and should be taken in that manner."
And Callum Anderson, from Dickens Hearts Supporters Club, said: "Hibees fans have two holy grails: Hearts going bust and Hibs winning the Scottish Cup. Neither is going to happen."
