A PENSIONER who admitted stalking his former Thai bride, after claiming she gave him special spices to calm his libido, has been fined £100.
Rodger Morris, 65, claimed last year that estranged wife Juthamas had sedated him to put him off sex.
He also said that she had burned through his £60,000 savings before ending the relationship.
Dundee Sheriff Court heard how Morris, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease, mounted a two-month campaign against Juthamas.
He hung around outside her work, harassed her colleagues, and offered them cash in exchange for her contact details.
Morris’s lawyer told the court that his medication for Parkinson’s had “left him open to impulsive and compulsive behaviour”.
Morris, 65, of Balunie Drive, Dundee, had previously pled guilty to stalking Juthamas between 1 April and 22 May last year at Beach Crescent, Broughty Ferry, Dundee.
Juthamas denied using spices to sedate Morris and said she gave him £100 every month from her salary.
