Drop-ins for foster carers
A SERIES of drop-in sessions for people thinking of becoming foster carers is being held in the Capital.
Experts will be on hand to offer information and advice at the city council-run events.
The first of three sessions takes place at the city council’s headquarters – Waverley Court, on East Market Street – on Thursday from 5-7pm.
Further drop-in events will then take place on March 14, April 18 and June 13.
The city council also has a helpline for people thinking of becoming a foster carer – call 0800 174 833.
