Dalai Lama to visit Scotland in the summer

THE Dalai Lama is to visit three Scottish cities this summer.

He will speak at events in Dundee, Edinburgh and Inverness between 21 and 24 June as part of a wider UK visit.

A spokesman for the Buddhist leader said: “This visit will be an opportunity for people across the UK to hear the message of this globally recognised spiritual and moral authority.”
