Comic Stan's 'man' troubles promise fireworks

COMEDIAN Rhona Cameron will lock horns with 1980s stand-up Stan Boardman on Sunday when she appears on Channel 4's Celebrity Wife Swap.

Ms Cameron, originally from Musselburgh, moved in with the old-style stand up; her partner, Suran Dickson, hosted his wife.

Fireworks are promised, but Mr Boardman said he had got on reasonably well with his fellow comic: "I thought she was a nice girl. She's got things buzzing around in her head which I don't understand, but I've only known her for a week.

"I know she's a lesbian, but I think I got the man. She wouldn't work. I suppose in a relationship like that, somebody's got to be the man and somebody's got to be the woman."

Ms Cameron said in April that she and Ms Dickson are planning a civil partnership ceremony in the Capital later this year.
