Classic ballet ready to rock
A CLASSICAL ballet will be performed to the tunes of Led Zeppelin, Procol Harum and Tina Turner next week.
Choreographer Dirk Neumann has modified Cottbus: The Badly Sheltered Daughter (La Fille Mal Garde) for its performance by Germany's Ballet of the State Theatre at Brunton Theatre, bringing it into the 1960s.
The performance takes place on 12 November at 7:30pm and the host company, Curve Foundation Dance Company, will present work at the start of the evening.
