christmas spirit is spreading across the Capital with more festive light switch-ons coming up over the new two weeks.

Residents in Bruntsfield will be gathering at the Eric Liddell Centre at Holy Corner at 6pm tomorrow. On Thursday, a procession including Santa and his sleigh will leave South Queensferry High Street at 5pm, while Morningside’s switch-on follows at 6.15pm. Colinton has its celebration on December 13 in Spylaw Street at 7pm.
