Church laptop stolen in raid
A THIEF who stole a laptop computer from a Lothian church is being sought by police.
The laptop was stolen from Cockenzie Methodist Church in Edinburgh Road, Cockenzie, at about 6pm on Friday.
Police are appealing for information on the theft.
Meanwhile, a 41-year-old male has been charged in connection with the theft of a handbag from Hasties Garage in Mid Road, Prestonpans, on Friday.
A report has been submitted to the procurator fiscal.
