Celebrity chef Tom to spill Kitchin secrets

CELEBRITY chef Tom Kitchin will share his cooking secrets with shoppers at a city centre bookstore this weekend.

The Michelin-starred restaurateur will make an appearance at Waterstone’s in George Street to discuss his new book, Kitchin Suppers. He will discuss his life and provide advice on cooking healthy meals for those with a busy lifestyle.

Tom, right, said: “I understand that cooking a homemade dish from scratch can seem daunting at the end of a day’s work, however I firmly believe you can produce a healthy, seasonal, flavoursome dish in next to no time if you have the right ingredients. I’m looking forward to, sharing some of my knowledge and passion on home cooking.”
