Catch a sight of some rare South American plants

A FREE exhibition of detailed drawings of rare South American plants has opened at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.

The ink drawings have been created by local artist Hamer Dodds after expeditions to Belize and Greenland.

Mr Dodds was documenting the field trip which is part of the course of study for students doing the one year RBGE/University of Edinburgh MSc in Biodiversity and Taxonomy of Plants. The Unity Principle exhibition will run until April 29.
