Castle goes back in time to celebrate festivities
EDINBURGH Castle hopes to keep the whole family amused this Easter weekend as it returns to the 16th century.
The Castle will play host to jesters, puppets and birds of prey during a special Renaissance afternoon.
Gillian Urquhart, of Historic Scotland's events team, said: "Our Renaissance-themed Easter event aims to offer great entertainment for all ages, so we hope that as many families as possible will come along."
The event will run from noon until 4pm this Saturday for the normal entry fee.
