The Princess Royal gets up close and personal with Arktos while helping to feed the polar bear during a visit to the Highland Wildlife Park, near Kingussie.

The princess, who is patron of the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, toured the park to mark its 40th anniversary. She also met a pack of three-month-old European grey wolves and fed the park’s other resident polar bear, Walker.
