Boys pedal to raise funds

MEMBERS of a boys’ club have spent 24 hours pedalling hard to raise much-needed funds to improve their
facilities.

Two exercise bikes were worked furiously in Festival Square yesterday as club members began a 24-hour ride.

First opened in 1921, the community centre is the largest boys’ club in Scotland and has developed into a popular multi-activity centre.

Donations can be made at www.charitygiving.co.uk/merchiebikeride.
