Betting firm’s New Town let

AN online betting firm has moved into a B-listed townhouse in the New Town.

Rank Interactive – the owner of Blue Square – has signed a four-year lease to take over the recently refurbished Hanover House.

Craig Watson, associate director at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “The refurbishment played a major part in the initial interest in the premises, providing yet more evidence of the importance of presentation for the rental market.”
