Asian stars call for more bone marrow donors
THREE stars of the Capital's first InvAsian Festival have been encouraging people from ethnic minorities to register with the Anthony Nolan Trust's bone marrow register.
Anshul Tomer added his name to the register at the Royal College of Surgeons, with Paul Hyu and Sal Bashier on hand to offer moral support.
Anshul said: "When I was told people die because those from my ethnic background aren't coming forward, I endeavoured to do anything I could."
