Arlene case: 3 stand trial for murder
THE husband of mother Arlene Fraser, who went missing in April 1998, will appear in court in Edinburgh next month with two other men charged with her murder.
Elgin businessman Nat Fraser was yesterday charged with murder, and conspiracy to murder his 33-year-old wife, along with Hector Dick and now a third man - Glenn Lucas - facing the same charges.
Mr Fraser, 43, and Mr Dick, 46, who already faced charges of murdering Mrs Fraser, conspiracy to murder, and attempting to pervert the course of justice, were both freed on bail on October 1 pending trial, but Mr Lucas, 50, had initially only been charged with attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
They are all now jointly charged with conspiring to murder Mrs Fraser, murdering her, and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
