Appeal as man killed by car
AN elderly man has died after being knocked down by a car in Midlothian.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the fatal accident on the A6094 Rosewell Bypass, near to the junction with Gorton Road, Rosewell, at about 9.30pm yesterday.
They said the car involved was a silver Volkswagen Polo.
