Amnesty International to announce award winner

Amnesty International was set to announce the winner of its Freedom of Expression Award 2012 at a reception in St Andrew Square today.

The award, given to an outstanding play carrying a human rights message at the Fringe, will be presented by Shabnum Mustapha of Amnesty International Scotland.
