Adolescent boy found 'severely intoxicated'

A 13-YEAR-OLD boy was found lying in the street in a "severely intoxicated condition", police revealed yesterday.

An investigation has been launched after the boy was discovered in High Street in Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire, at 10pm on Friday night.

Superintendent Andrew Price, of Central Scotland Police, said: "We are actively seeking members of the public who saw this incident take place.

"Put simply, he appears to have been abandoned in a severely intoxicated condition," Mr Price added.
