A90 motorists warned of major delays over fuel spill

MOTORISTS on the A90 have been warned to expect major disruption after an accident led to fuel leaking onto the surface.

Police said a coach struck a piece of debris, causing its fuel line to sever and fuel to leak out onto the Northbound road near Cramond Brig, at around 10am this morning

Major resurfacing work is now underway and it is expected this will continue over the weekend.

This will have a significant impact to traffic on the road and motorists have been advised to avoid the road if possible and consider alternative routes.
