POLICE Scotland today voiced their concern for an Angus man who had been missing from his home in Montrose since the early hours of Saturday morning.

Scott Watters, 20, was last seen at his home address in the town’s Condor Crescent around 2am on Saturday.

A force spokesman said: “His disappearance is out of character and police officers are keen to establish that he is safe and well. Anyone who has seen Scott or who has any information as to where he is now should contact Police Scotland on 101 or speak to any officer.”

He added: “Scott also has family in Cardiff and lived in Wales for a number of weeks recently.”

The missing man is described as 6ft 4ins tall, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of an angel on his left arm.
