Edinburgh Central MSP Marco Biagi will take part in a charity sleep-out in the city’s Festival Square tomorrow night.
The MSP will take part in a mass sleep-out on behalf of the Rock Trust taking place in cities across the UK to raise awareness of homeless young people. The event aims to highlight the stories of the city’s homeless and raise money for charities supporting those sleeping out every night.
The money raised will fund Nightstop, an emergency accommodation project for young people. The MSP said: “The trust has been providing an invaluable service to Edinburgh’s homeless people for over 20 years.”
