THE campaign to keep Scotland in the Union may be hampered by the unpopularity of former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher in Scotland, according to our cartoonist.

A secret raft of cuts to the Scottish budget was drafted up by the Thatcher government in 1984, papers released by Whitehall revealed on Friday.
