Film critic in award hunt

A BUDDING young film critic has been nominated for a national award for her writing.

Harmony Rose Bremner, a pupil at St Mary's Primary in Leith, is in line for the National Young Film Critic Award for her review of The Illusionist.

She will be attending an awards ceremony hosted by Blue Peter presenter Andy Akinwolere at BAFTA in London on October 19.

The youngster is one of four nominated in her age group.
