Rock star injured in fall from stage
ROCK legend Steve Tyler of Aerosmith suffered head, neck and shoulder injuries when he fell from the stage at a concert in the United States.
The accident happened as Tyler, 61, danced around the stage at the South Dakota venue after the sound system failed during the song Love In an Elevator.
