Rob bakes up a special mix
A CAKE designer from the Capital who also composes music for long-running ITV soap Emmerdale has just finished recording for what will be a dramatic Christmas Day special.
Rob Ellis, director of House of Sugar in Bruntsfield, is now better known for making celebrity cakes, but he has also penned a number of tracks for Emmerdale.
The Yorkshire drama's Christmas episode features a murder, and Rob said: "There's a big whodunnit. It's very magical, Christmas music but very dark and haunting."
