Richey starts again after 'losing everything'
KENNY RICHEY is today starting his life from scratch after a seven month stint in prison saw him "lose everything".
The 44-year-old, who previously spent two decades on Death Row in America, admitted threatening a prosecutor after being denied bail in August over an assault he was cleared for this week.
But yesterday, Richey, from Edinburgh, was admonished by Lord McEwan, who acknowledged he had spent seven months in custody and said he had "suffered much".
Richey said: "I've lost everything, I need a home and I need money. I don't know if I'll stay in Scotland, I haven't decided yet."
