Richey assault hearing delay
FREED death row Scot Kenny Richey had his court hearing in the US for allegedly hitting his son with a baseball bat rescheduled.
The 45-year-old was arrested near a house where his son Sean Richey lived in the town of Baxter, Minnesota, on 6 January.
Papers from Crow Wing District Court show he was charged with second degree assault, making threats and domestic assault.
According to court papers, Sean Richey told police his father grew angry and attacked him after the pair had been drinking beer and wrestling playfully.
The case was put back until 17 February after a request from Richey's attorney.
