A RESTAURANT on Dalry Road has been put up for sale on a leashold basis. The Sizzling Scot steakhouse and grill is on the market at offers over £90,000. The restaurant includes a small mezzanine level and large commercial kitchen.
Restaurant sales specialist Barry McNeil, from agent Christie & Co, said: "This is a tremendous opportunity for a motivated purchaser to acquire a well-positioned corner premises in the heart of Dalry.
"The premises currently operates as a successful steakhouse and grill, and the new owner could continue to run it as such.
"Alternatively, as the local area has changed significantly over the past few years with a number of well-regarded restaurants opening in the vicinity, it would suit a variety of different international cuisines."
