Residents in mourning after murder-suicide

Rosyth and Dalgety Bay residents have been left in shock after the deaths of a man and woman in an apparent murder-suicide.

It is understood Scott Simpson, 41, killed his former partner, mum-of-two Jennifer Rennie, 26, in the Rosyth flat she moved to after they split. He then committed suicide at their former Dalgety Bay home.

Jennifer’s family said: “Jenny was a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend.”
