Report courts' failings
Anyone who has been let down by the civil courts in Scotland, or who knows of others who have suffered through the inadequate service provided, has an opportunity to intimate his/her thoughts to the Civil Courts Review. This is a long-awaited chance to air your grievances. The review is headed by the lord justice clerk, Lord Gill, and submissions must be lodged with Lindsey Nicoll, Civil Courts Review, The Signet Library, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RF, by 31 March, 2008.
Let us do all we can to expose and help clean up our civil courts' processes.
