Well we wont know until we see it will we? However, if I had to guess there will be loads of sentences ending in "the Scottish government and the SCOTTISH PEOPLE will decide this that and the other". And more than a few "WE WILL NOT BE BULLIED. OR DICTATED TO BY WESTMINSTER" - Apart from that it will be difficult to find anything that is not either unworkable or, derisory

I think perhaps it is more a case of, is there anyone capable of scrutinizing. For in truth both sides of the argument can sum the remnants of the once mighty Union parties in the holyrood chamber in one word, pathetic!
