Well we wont know until we see it will we? However, if I had to guess there will be loads of sentences ending in "the Scottish government and the SCOTTISH PEOPLE will decide this that and the other". And more than a few "WE WILL NOT BE BULLIED. OR DICTATED TO BY WESTMINSTER" - Apart from that it will be difficult to find anything that is not either unworkable or, derisory

LOL Wardog, spot on.... ;-))) Yes, there is just that teensy weensy minor detail about no-one being able to form a critical opinion of the consultation paper for the next 4 days at least. Although I'm sure Charles Linskaill will be along shortly to give us an immediate and damning verdict prior to its unveiling ;-)))) What a pitifully shabby comic this is...

It hasn't even been launched yer FFS, more scotsman drivel. If you want to read reasonable grownup articles, head to the Herald's leader piece and Ian McWhirter's comment article.

I think perhaps it is more a case of, is there anyone capable of scrutinizing. For in truth both sides of the argument can sum the remnants of the once mighty Union parties in the holyrood chamber in one word, pathetic!
