Public help on stroke service

STAFF of NHS Lothian and members of the public have submitted their views on how stroke care should be developed.

A health board consultation will feed into the new Model for Care for Stroke Service.

Respondents were asked what the service should look like in a decade's time, and what is good that should be kept on.

Katie McWilliam, strategic programme manager for older people, carers and dementia for NHS Lothian, said: "This was an ideal opportunity for people to help shape services for the future."
