Priests hit out at Pope's decision
POPE Benedict's decision to promote controversial Reverend Gerhard Maria Wagner has been criticised by churchmen in Austria, the bishop's homeland.
Wagner said Hurricane Katrina was "divine retribution" for tolerance of gays in New Orleans.
