FORTH Ports has been announced as the main sponsor of the Leith Festival for the second year.
The firm, which is behind the massive regeneration of Leith Docks, will provide a major financial boost for the festival.
One of Scotland's largest community events, it will see a range of gigs, theatre productions and other events from May 30 to June 8.
Councillor Gordon Munro has also been announced as the festival's new chairman.
Cllr Munro said: "We are grateful to Forth Ports for agreeing to be the main sponsor of this year's festival."
