Edinburgh exec development firm co-founded by Scotland rugby legend David Sole seals new partnership

The School for CEOs, the Edinburgh-based executive development specialist co-founded by Scotland rugby legend David Sole, has sealed a major new partnership.

The consultancy, which was founded by Sole and Patrick Macdonald in 2011, has been appointed the exclusive educational partner to Winmark’s global CEO network. It will work with Winmark to extend membership of its network and support chief executives by providing access to an exclusive global peer network.

Winmark is a network organisation that fosters relationships and collaboration between more than 700 organisations globally, creates best practices and provides access to insights. Members include some 2,500 leaders from major FTSE and Fortune companies, including Google, Vodafone, ITV and Unilever.

Sole, who is managing partner at School for CEOs, said: “We are looking forward to working with Winmark, bringing our expertise in executive development, coaching and inclusive leadership to a wider audience of CEOs to help them respond to the challenges they face.”

School for CEOs was established with the purpose of creating a programme to support leaders as they transition into the role of chief executive and other senior roles in organisations by offering practical lessons for immediate use.
