Scotland gives 100& backing to forces

ALL 32 Scottish councils have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, a UK government initiative to remove obstacles some forces personnel face accessing public services, such as housing or healthcare, and to urge citizens to honour them in their communities.

That compares with only two-thirds of English councils and less than half of Welsh ones.
