TODAY’S MAIN NEWS:

The Barnett Formula, which regulates the amount of public spending which takes place in Scotland each year, could face a review after a ‘No’ vote in the referendum. MSPs were warned that the calculation could be changed in the event of Scotland staying in the UK after September.

In other news, the Grand Orange Lodge has registered as an official participant in the referendum campaign. The move allows the Lodge to spend up to £150,000 on campaigning for a ‘No’ vote. Meanwhile Brian Cox has spoken out against threats and accusations made by online commenters in the referendum debate.
