New Lib Dem leaflet bungle

LIBERAL Democrats have blundered again over the delivery of campaign literature.

A leaflet promoting Edinburgh North & Leith candidate Kevin Lang was put through doors in neighbouring Edinburgh East – just weeks after a similar mistake with a campaign newspaper.

The boundary between the two constituencies runs down the middle of Easter Road.

Alex Cole-Hamilton, Mr Lang's campaign manager, said the magazine had been delivered under a Royal Mail contract which followed postcode areas.
