Gordon Brown gets debate on beach radiation

Gordon Brown has secured a Commons debate next week on delays in clearing up radiation at a beach in his constituency.

The former prime minister is leading a campaign for the clean-up of Dalgety Bay in Fife, where 3,400 radiation-contaminated particles have been discovered.

The debate will take place next Wednesday.
