New checks at Holyrood
A NEW official Scottish Parliament tartan is to be unveiled at Holyrood today, after a competition among design students across the country.
Presiding Officer Alex Fergusson will wear the winning design to mark the tenth anniversary of devolution next month. It will also be used for marketing and publicity.
