MSPs to repay wreath claims
ALL 15 MSPs who claimed the cost of Remembrance Day wreaths on expenses last year are to pay the money back.
First Minister Alex Salmond stepped in after the Evening News revealed yesterday that two Lothian MSPs had claimed for poppy wreaths which they laid at war memorials.
Livingston SNP MSP Angela Constance repaid 17.80 immediately and Midlothian Labour MSP Rhona Brankin promised to hand back the 42.60 she had claimed.
But another 13 SNP, Labour and Liberal Democrat MSPs across Scotland had made similar claims.
