MSP hails mum's Genius bread
AN Edinburgh mum who created a best-selling gluten and wheat-free bread has been praised at Holyrood.
Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne spent three years creating the Genius loaf for her son Robin, seven, who is allergic to gluten.
Now, SNP Lothians MSP Ian McKee has tabled a motion at the Scottish Parliament praising Ms Bruce-Gardyne.
